By accessing this site, you confirm that you are 18+ or supervised by a guardian.
Clay reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All Clay pieces are handcrafted from natural materials, so slight variations in color, texture, or shape are normal and reflect their handmade nature.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders depend on product availability and payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of stock issues or incorrect information.

4. Shipping

We ship across all governorates in Egypt.
Delivery takes 2–3 business days within Cairo & Giza and 3–6 business days to other governorates.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our items are handmade, returns and exchanges are not accepted after purchase.
Customers can inspect the order upon delivery; if refused, shipping fees apply.
