However, we believe in complete transparency and customer satisfaction — that’s why we offer an inspection upon delivery.

• You may check your order at the time of delivery to ensure it’s in perfect condition.

• If you choose not to receive the order, you will only be required to pay the shipping fee.

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos or videos, and our team will review your case to provide an appropriate solution.

Please note: Since all our products are handmade from natural clay, slight variations in color, shape, or texture are normal and reflect the authenticity of the craftsmanship — these are not considered defects.
